Alan Turner & Graham Glynn access to the calenders of Mike Oprysk,martin whetton and chris farrington.

Also give Chris access to martin and Mike

Hi Alan,

To do this users must simply go to Calender within outlook. On the left panel you will see your calender. Right click and go to share. From here you can email the calender to whoever they wish to share it with.

This is the most economic way of sharing calenders within Exchange without granting a user access to the entire mailbox.
